The Best of Rochester’s Irish

Top of the mornin’ to you all!  March is the month when we are all looking forward to spring. Some of us are wintering in Florida; baseball training camps are in full swing and our library is celebrating with our annual family party- 1950s style!  Most of us will be wearing green in a few weeks and dancing a jig or two. The Henriettta Public Library is getting into the spirit of the Irish with new compact discs by the best of Rochester’s Irish – the Dady Brothers duo.
          We now own the following compact discs by Joe and John Dady:

          We also have Soul Lilt which is an album of all instrumental pieces by the Dady Brothers featuring a few Irish jigs and polkas!  If you have never heard these native sons in concert give these albums a try – they are fun, lively and don’t have to be enjoyed just for the “wearin’ of the green”!!
