Car Repair Manuals
In the Reference collection, we have Mitchell manuals for Domestic cars and trucks (1989-2003) and import cars and trucks (1989-2002) at 629.22. Topics covered include: engine performance; electrical service and repair; chassis service and repair. You can photocopy pertinent pages. There are also Chilton car repair books in the circulating collection.

Consumer Reports Ratings
We have reference copies of 5 years of Consumer Reports. We also subscribe to Consumers Digest and Consumer's Research. The online Magazine Index, Infotrac SearchBank, provides access to product evaluations in a variety of publications. The Consumer Reports web site may also be helpful.
Information on Local Organizations and Attractions
We have a Continuing Education (r374 CON) notebook that lists classes, programs and other opportunities at area colleges, museums, town recreation departments, and local school districts. In addition, the following are available online through our online catalog, LIBRA:

Income Tax Forms and Publications
We have free copies of all the major New York State and federal income tax forms during tax season. Reproducible forms and instructions from both the state and federal governments are available year round for photocopying. We also have IRS publications and various tax preparation guides. Various books on financial aid are located at 378.3 and college guides are at 378.73. We have the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and the CSS/Financial Aid Profile forms available. We have many books on health and medicine, prescription and nonprescription drugs, alternative medicine, medical tests, and diseases. Well Connected Reports (616 WEL) offers 8-12 page reports on various medical conditions. These are updated quarterly and may be photocopied. Useful web sites:
